Is this a subscription?
No. It's a one-time payment of $89 AUD per assessment. There are no recurring charges. You pay once and get your report.
When do I pay?
You fill in your assessment details for free. Payment is only required when you're ready to generate your report.
Can I update my report after paying?
Yes. You can update your assessment details and regenerate your report up to 3 times. It is your responsibility to ensure all information you submit is accurate, as your report is generated based on the data you provide.
What is the refund policy?
Because your report is generated and delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available once it has been generated. We may refund at our discretion for technical errors, duplicate payments, or where the service was materially different from what was described. Contact support@separately.ai within 14 days of purchase. Australian Consumer Law guarantees still apply.
